How to Track Your Order

Check the shipping confirmation email you received from 3rd & Main Jewelry and select the tracking link included in the email.

Your tracking information may take a little time to update after your shipping confirmation is sent. If you don't see movement right away, check again later.

Did You Order More Than One Piece?

Your order may arrive in more than one package.

3rd & Main works with several brands and jewelry makers, so items in the same order may occasionally ship separately. When that happens, you'll receive tracking information for each shipment as it becomes available.

Can't Find Your Tracking Email?

First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

If you still can't find it, contact us and include:

• Your name
• Order number
• Email address used to place the order

We'll be happy to help you locate your order.

Tracking Says Delivered, But You Don't See Your Package?

Occasionally, carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before they actually arrive.

Check around your delivery location, with other members of your household, and with neighbors if appropriate. If your package still hasn't appeared, contact the carrier using your tracking number.
